Dear Crafter,
L.D. Bell's Career and Technology Department and Student Council host our Craft Fair with an emphasis on community involvement, planning and organization. Returning vendors are given the opportunity to reserve their booth space for the next show at each Craft Fair. We then draw names from our pool of applicants for any open spaces.
The main drawing takes place in the spring of each year. Names are also drawn throughout the year any time there is a cancellation. If your name is drawn, you will be contacted by phone or email. To confirm registration, we must receive a check payable to L.D. Bell High School in the amount of $125.00 (plus $15.00 if electricity is requested) within two weeks of notification. Do not send any money at this time.
If you register for a booth space but do not attend the Craft Fair, your name will be dropped from the eligible list unless prior arrangements are made for a replacement.
NO REFUNDS
Upon confirmation of your registration, you will receive an information packet including a receipt, Craft Fair policies, a master for advertising cards and a map showing your booth space location.
