Ruby Red Cranberry Punch

4 cups cranberry juice cocktail 1/2 cup sugar 1 (12-ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed 1 quart ginger ale, chilled Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Stir together about 1 1/2 cups of the cranberry juice and the sugar in a glass measuring cup and microwave until the sugar is dissolved. Pour into a pitcher and add remaining cranberry juice and lemonade concentrate. Stir well, cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Stir in ginger ale just before serving. Garnish with mint, if desired.
