Admission Payment Method: Application and Enrolment fees need to be paid via the PayU secure online payment portal before admission can be confirmed. Please do not make payments for the Application and Enrolment fees into the tuition fee account listed below. PREPARATORY BENCHMARKING ASSESSMENTS: We measure our students' performance against credible international standards. Crawford International Preparatory Schools have been awarded authorisation as International Baccalaureate (IB) World Schools offering the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP). The programme is internationally recognised and aims to develop students as global citizens.

EXTENSIVE EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES: We offer a variety of sporting and cultural codes.

EXCURSIONS: All day excursions are included in our school fees (excludes tours and camps).

ANNUAL FEE INFORMATION

If the annual fee is not settled in full by the 15th January 2022 the payment option automatically reverts to the 10 monthly option and the discount will no longer apply.

SIBLING DISCOUNT

The eldest child in the family pays the listed tuition fees. Sibling discounts will be applied as follows: 5% for the first sibling, 10% for the second sibling and 15% for the third sibling as well as additional siblings.

PAYMENTS ? The school fee payments may be made annually or monthly in advance on or before the 1st of

every month. ? Recurring payments (such as debit orders) are required to streamline monthly fee collections. ? For Grade 0000 to 11 students, the 12-monthly payment plan is only available on debit order. ? For Grade 12 students, the 12-monthly payment option is not available. The payment plan

available to Grade 12s is either the annual upfront or 10 monthly payment plan via debit order.

OUTSTANDING FEES: If fees are in arrears the school reserves the right to take the necessary steps as per the conditions of the contract.

NOTICE PERIOD:

The school requires 90 days written notice in the event of a parent wishing to deregister a student. Should sufficient notice not be given, parents may be held liable 90 days' tuition fees.
