Link Issue WorkaroundLinking to a Discussion PointUse the “Find GUID of Element or Discussion Point” steps found at the end of this to find the GUID of the Discussion Point that you want to link to.After copying the GUID (above): In the center pane, select the element that you want to add the links to and change the right pane to “Source”Find the location within the text that you would like to create your link and place your cursor there. (Please note, there may be some HTML code. You should look for the element/discussion point that will become the pop-up and select it.In the right hand pane, change to General tab Click on the Information Icon Copy the entire ID (top value)This is the value that you will use when you create your link.Find GUID of MediaA media object is different than a media element. You must find the ID of the media object when linking to media (PDF, PPT, VTT, SRT, etc.). Follow the steps below.Change the left pane to “Media Search” Search for your media in that form.Select your media by left-clicking on it.
