HOW TO: Create Folders in OWA and Move Files From One Folder to Another

1. Open OWA email. 2. Click on drop down menu next to “New”

and select “Folder”

3. A dialogue box will open with the option to type in a name of the folder. Also select where the new folder should be placed. Location of the new folder can be changed after it’s been created.

4. Press “F5” to refresh the display so that the new folder appears.

5. To move files out of one folder into another, select the file to be moved and then drag the file and place it over the new folder location. Hold down the left mouse button when dragging the email file. Release when positioned over the new folder.

6. Folders can be created within folders.
