If this step is not yet completed, please consult your Account Manager.Click on ‘SIP Domains’ to Enter and validate your DNS domain. Click on ‘Add SIP Domain’. Enter the Domain & click Create.Must have the domain verified.Create DNS recordsYou will need to enter your Office 365 Tenant ID before you will be able to create End Users.Ordering phone numbersClick on ‘Phone Numbers’, and then click the ‘Order phone numbers’ button.A list will appear with the heading ‘Browse Cities’. Select the desired city.A list of numbers will appear with the heading ‘Browse Numbers (+ name of city selected)’.Select your numbers & click on Order Numbers.To Port Existing NumbersClick on ‘Phone Numbers’, then on ‘Port existing number’You will be redirected to the following page: the “Before You Begin” information to organize the required documents.When ready, click on the Think 365 SMB button. This will open up the form to complete and submit.Once your port has been completed, you will be able to create the end user (E4 plan or Voice) with the number that has been ported to Thinktel. You must enter the 911 address for each number.If you require any assistance with porting your numbers, please contact your Account Relations Manager.Create End User (Setting up End Users)Click on ‘End Users’Click on ‘Create new End User’Enter the following info:Given <First> name Family <Last> nameDisplay name (default value appears which can be modified)SIP address (default value appears which can be modified)Select appropriate plan (E1, E3, Conferencing)Click on CreateFor E4 or Voice, pick a number from available phone numbers in the pull-down menu or order the next available new number by selecting the city.You must enter the 911 address for each number.Once the End User is created, you will be able to send them a Welcome email with their login credentials and important 911 information.To Edit an End UserClick on End Users.Locate the End User to be edited and choose from the available functions (Details, Reset Password, Edit Delete). ‘Edit’ can be used to modify all available fields:UsageClick here to view Calls or Conference Dial ins.
