CREATE A SHOPPING LIST
US Foods Online allows users to create custom lists to make placing orders easy. You may want to create the following types of lists: ? Shelf to Sheet ? match the order of your store rooms ? Day of the week specific ? Tuesday List/Thursday List ? Event specific ? Thanksgiving, Holiday, etc. ? Location specific ? Deli, employee feeding, etc.
There are 3 ways to create lists: 1. New List - Start from scratch and key
in product numbers
2. Copy a List - from another list
3. Import List ? from a CSV or Excel list

CREATE A SHOPPING LIST ? NEW LIST
To create a list from scratch: 1. Click on the drop down arrow next to the List name. 2. Click on Create List. 3. The Create New List box will appear. 4. Click on New List. 5. Enter the name of the new list. 6. Click on Create.

CREATE A SHOPPING LIST ? NEW LIST KEY PRODUCT NUMBERS
1. When all of the groups are added, select the group to add products to by clicking on the group name.
2. The group name will appear over an empty product list. 3. Click on Add Product. 4. The Add Product screen will appear. Key up to 10 product numbers per screen. 5. When ready to add the products to the group, click on Bottom of Group. 6. Click on Save/Add More to continue adding to the group. 7. Click on Add Products to finish the current group

CREATE A SHOPPING LIST ? NEW LIST ADD PRODUCTS FROM SEARCH
Users can add products from search at anytime ? while creating a list or creating an order. To add from Search: 1. Enter the search term in the Search field and click on Enter. 2. The search results will appear. 3. Select the product to add to the list by clicking on the green select box.
Select multiple products if desired. 4. Click on Add to... 5. A list of all available lists will appear. Select the desired list.

If one product is selected to add to the list: 1. A message box will appear indicating the product has been added
to the Unassigned group. 2. Click on the Change Group drop down list to move the product
to the desired group. 3. Continue Shopping (searching) or View List. 4. The product will be the first product in the group.
