How to create my own appointment online.

To access TutorTrac, you need to have an active John Jay email address. You will log in using your email ID and password. If you need to activate your John Jay email account or reset your password, please do so before you attempt to log in to TutorTrac. This is the link to TutorTrac: Step 1: Log in using your john Jay email account (example) User Name: john.smith Password 11234 Remember do not add the jjay.cuny.edu to the username.

Step 2: The Main menu will appear and you will see a tab that says Search Availability click on the tab and a new page will load.

Step 3: Then you will choose the Center of your choice. Once you have done that you then select your class section and reason don't choose your facilitator because you might not find any availability.

Step 4 Choose date and time that you would like to schedule your appointment. Then click search button.

Step 5: Once you have found the best time to schedule your appointment. You will click on the time and save the appointment.

Step 6: Now you give it a try.
