These steps are as follows: 1) Complete all required fields on the user account request form below and agree to the "GSA IT General Rules of Behavior" and acknowledge the Rules of Behavior for External Users. Print the completed form, obtain required signatures and email it to eOA-Support@2) Complete the "Application Clearance Verification Form" available at eoa. This form is required by GSA's Personnel Security Office. Because this form requests personally identifiable information (PII) please only share it with your agency's personnel security office (or human resources office) and GSA's Personnel Security Office. Full instructions on how to send this information securely to GSA are provided on the form. 3) After your request has been processed and all approvals have been granted**, the GSA National Application Helpdesk will send a verification email to the email address provided below. When your account is set up, your set of permitted A/B codes will be stored as part of the account information. This is likely the A/B Code(s) that represents the agency bureau you work for. There are four scenarios: 1. You have access to one code. In this case, just enter the code (ex., “1234”) 2. You have access to a more than one code, but not to a complete agency. Enter the codes you have access to, separated by commas (ex., “1234,1248,1250”) 3. You have access to an entire agency. Enter the 2-digit code in this case (ex., “12”) 4. You have access to a combination of 4-digit and 2-digit codes. In this case, separate them by commas (ex., “12,6560,24,3222”). Whatever scenario applies in your case, enter the list of A/B Codes you will need access to in the field below.
