Social Events ChairsOUTLIST MANAGER (Fall)Oversee the procuring of funds from outside organizations to pay for the 2-page spread in the Daily Trojan. Oversee the procuring of student, faculty, staff, and alumni signing the Outlist. DRAG SHOW CHAIR (Fall)Oversee the fall drag show budget, theme, decorations, committee and all other show needs with the support of the Executive Board. Collaborate with performers to create an interesting show. Recruit Student and professional performers for Fall Drag ShowPROM CHAIR (Spring)Facilitate Prom Committee MeetingsOversee the prom budget, theme, decorations, committee and all other prom needs with the support of the Executive Board.GRAPHIC DESIGNERCreate designs for posters and fliers for QuASA and its coordinated programsAssist member organizations with publicity when neededPlan 1 Monday QuASA General Meeting per semesterAssist/collaborate with other E-board members or Member org heads on one Non-General Meeting Event. MULTICULTURALISM AND DIVERSITY AFFAIRS CHAIRCreate new programming initiatives to reach out to many different LGBT and queer work with other assemblies, Resource Centers, and student organizations.Act as a liaison between the queer community and Greek life. This position will be required to create at minimum 2 non-general meeting events per semester with the support of the executive board. Events should address outreach to the areas mentioned WORKING CHAIRCreate new programming initiatives to reach out to many different LGBT and queer constituencies. Act as a liaison between QuASA and the Lambda LGBT Alumni Association. Promote alumni mentorship program, LGBT scholarships, etc. Perform outreach with other LGBT organizations on other college campuses. This position will be required to create at minimum 2 non-general meeting events per semester with the support of the executive board. Events should address outreach to the areas mentioned above. MEMBER AT LARGE These positions are for those board members who want to plan their own QuASA events, initiatives, and programs. Some examples are the intersections of queer and -- activism, sports & outdoors, spirituality, language, health, science, the arts, transgender/gender events, whatever interests you!These positions will be required to create at minimum 2 non-general meeting events per semester with the support of the executive board. Events should address the intersection created in your position. ALL E-BOARD MEMBERS:MUST attend weekly Executive Board and Assembly meetingsHelp in promoting QuASA eventsAttend a leadership and training retreat at the start of the year (August, 2013)Are expected to assist, promote, and table for involvement fairs, signature welcome back events and Coming Out Day, Drag Show etc...
