Creating a Word Document using SpreadSheet Charts

Using the Ivy Enrollment spreadsheet available on QUIA, create two pie charts so that you can compare 1993 Enrollment to 1998 Enrollment. Use the subjects listed in the “A” column as data labels and also note the percentage. Please title each spreadsheet appropriately and do not include a legend. Also create a line chart comparing two areas where enrollment has decreased from 1993 to 1998 but include all of the data from the years 1993 through 1998. Use an appropriate chart title and x and y axis titles along with a legend on the bottom of the page.

Use the charts you created in a letter to Dean Worthington. Use appropriate business letter format. Dean Worthington suggested you look at the enrollment and report back to him as to what trends are occurring. Note all the subject areas whose enrollment as increased and those that have decreased. Mention the reasons why the increases and decreases have occurred and come up with a plan on how to the increase enrollment in two of those areas that the enrollment has fallen.
