Marketing AssistantThe Taylor Wimpey Sales and Marketing Team in the head office in High Wycombe are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their fantastic team.This exciting new role has been created to help deliver effective and innovative marketing, web and social media projects to build an engaging brand and enhance customer experience, as well as supporting the sales and marketing activities of our 24 UK business units. With several major projects planned in 2018-19, the role will help us to deliver a truly customer-centric Taylor Wimpey brand. You will be creative and bring innovate new ideas on how online and offline communications can support our objectives, whilst looking for new ways to connect with our influencers, customers, and advocates. Excellent attention to detail is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work well as part of a team.The Role:Work closely with other members of the Sales & Marketing team, and our creative and media agencies, to deliver a range of marketing projects and campaigns;Provide creative ideas and input into projects and campaigns;Support the team in the delivery of projects and ongoing update, maintenance, testing and training for our digital channels;Support the digital team in managing and updating the Taylor Wimpey website;Support the team in the delivery of marketing campaigns, and the monitoring and management of our social media channels;Support and improve the use of data-driven marketing throughout the sales funnel and support our regional marketing teams on how they can optimize their online/offline activities;Support the team in their delivery of their 2018-19 marketing strategy;Provide holiday cover for the Help to Buy business lead; involves processing HTB sales through the Investment Management System (IMS).The Person:An understanding of web and mobile technologies, as well as Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Ads and other popular digital tools, and how they can be applied;Knowledge of mainstream social media applications (Facebook, Instagram etc) and their management (Sprout Social etc);An understanding of current SEO (keyword, image optimisation, etc.) and SEM best practices;Content management experience in Sitecore CMS or similar, and basic HTML experience (preferred);Knowledge of Abode PhotoShop and other graphics packages (preferred);Previous use or awareness of CRM systems, particularly Dynamics (preferred);The role involves travel which requires a full driving licence and ownership of a car.The Company:Taylor Wimpey is a FTSE 100 business and one of the largest residential developers in the UK, building new homes and communities across England, Scotland and Wales.Our vision is to become the UK’s leading residential developer for creating value and delivering quality.
