Social Committee Still Needs Volunteers- At the last SC meeting, some of the jobs were filled, however, we still need volunteers to fill the following positions.

▪ Create an agenda and lead the meetings

▪ Prepare meeting minutes

▪ Create the newsletter

▪ Create the calendar

▪ Distribute Welcome Packs to sub contacts

▪ Provide files to the HOA to post onto the Grande Park Website

▪ Answer random calls/emails from residents with general questions

▪ Solicit, recruit and coordinate volunteers for the events planned

▪ Reserve the clubhouse with the HOA for all SC events

We hope we can count on you to step up so that the SC continues as it has, as there are many fun and exciting events that we have planned in the future, like the Cinco de Mayo adult party, the Grande Park sub-wide garage sale, a scavenger hunt for families, the 5ks for charity, the kiddie garage sale, and so much more!!!!

If you are interested in stepping up for any of the above mentioned duties, please attend the next SC meeting on May 7th or contact Christie Capalety at 630-455-3017 or Christie.capalety@.

Starting in May all future newsletters will be distributed with The Grande Life Magazine. The May newsletter deadline will be May 12th

Electronic Mailings- Would you prefer to receive the Social Committee fliers, newsletter, and calendar each month electronically vs. in hand? If so, please email grandeparksocial@ and let us know this. Each month the forms are available at the website under the Homeowner’s tab. It lists all social committee material, as well as Mom’s group, Playgroup and any HOA notes. Check it out today! If you had it electronically mailed to you, it would save on the cost of running them off, mailing them in the colder months & would save trees, too!! Just email us your name, address (so we don’t mail it) and your email address and we’ll take care of the rest!
