• Title- Innovative Teaching and Faculty Training Facilitator. Responsibilities include helping the department with technology, innovation and training. Position also encompasses Coordinator for Sports and Activities program within the department.

• Duties include policy updates, procedure changes and strategies for creativity, and modernizing the PE program. Blackboard utilization, surveys and decision making.

• Implementing goals to become paperless, uniform and modern.

• Hosted a Physical Education Department Student Appreciation Day, including flyers, instructors and activities.

• New course proposals include 2 unit NCAA Sports History and 2 unit Sports Appreciation courses.

• Revised Departmental policies including grading, syllabi and class structure. Advisory role for Blackboard. Set up departmental conferences with CET and Blackboard.

• Volunteered within Physical Education department to serve administrative duties. Later was given a stipend to continue additional responsibilities. Unofficial title of Faculty Team Lead /Mentor. • Implemented Technology into all classes through the use of technology; new Scantron testing machine for departmental use for all classes and test administered. Automatic Tennis ball machine for student development and class enhancement. Golf equipment including clubs, balls, targets, bins, bags, flagsticks, mats and included golf course facilities on and off campus for student and class enhancement. Video technology for improvement of student swings and skills of golf. 5. Combination classes: 1 unit- Paddleboard/Kayak, Baseball/softball, Mountain Biking/ Marathon

6. Wilderness Exploration: 1 unit- Off campus, experiential course within Outdoor Education courses.

7. Golf C: 1 unit Advanced Golf. -Off campus, 4 hour sessions. 1x per week

8. Golf as an Experiential class. @ Golf course with trip to Golfing event (i.e. The Masters Tournament)
