This offer is available only to select customers who have received communication from ICICI Bank on their registered mobile number or registered e-mail ID.

Terms and conditions relating to 1% EMI offer on 3 months EMI on ICICI Bank Credit Cards

"Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / MasterCard/American Express consumer Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank, that is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period (does not include ICICI Bank EMI Card, Corporate Card, Business Card).

"Cardholder" means the individual to whom a consumer Credit Card has been issued by ICICI Bank.

"EMI" or "Equated Monthly Installment" (EMI) means the equated monthly installments of amounts payable by the Card member to ICICI Bank in respect of the facility and comprising principal amount of the Facility and interest thereon.

"Facility" or "EMI on Call" means choosing to pay for retail transactions made on ICICI Bank Credit Card in Installments and is provided / agreed to be provided by ICICI Bank, at its sole discretion, to the Card member to the extent of amounts not exceeding the available cashlimit / credit-limit.

"Primary Terms and conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card.

"Offer: 1% interest rate (per annum) on 3 months EMI tenure with Zero Processing Fee on Credit Card retail transactions done during 1st February 2018-31st March 2018.

Special EMI Offer

1. This EMI Offer is available for select ICICI Bank Credit Cardholders who receive the offer communication from ICICI Bank on registered mobile number, e-mail ID and/or iMobile notification

2. This offer can only be availed by sending SMS EMI SELECT to 5676766 from their registered mobile numbers. To convert all such transaction of Rs.10,000 and above Cardholder has to SMS for each such transaction to avail the offer.

3. Only transactions which are confirmed by the customer over the call to ICICI Bank outbound calling executive will be converted into EMI under the special Offer.

4. Customers would receive a callback within 2 working days after registering for the Offer from their registered mobile number

5. This Offer is available only on 3 months EMI tenure 6. The Offer is available for Credit Card transactions done online or on retail POS

terminals done on or between 1 February 2018 to 31 March 2018. 7. The Offer is applicable for Credit Card retail transactions of Rs.10,000 or more only. 8. This Offer is not applicable if a Cardholder has already availed EMI option at the

merchant store or online merchant website/mobile app. 9. If the EMI is closed before the completion of EMI tenure, foreclosure charges of 2%

will be charged 10. Only settled transactions will be considered eligible for the Offer. 11. EMI amount will be included in the Minimum Amount Due (MAD) mentioned in the

Other Terms and Conditions

The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.

If the Cardholder/s ceases to be Cardholder/s at any time during the subsistence of the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder/s.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.

These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Cards. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions.

ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the merchant directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.

ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Card holder/s under the offer.

ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.

ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.

All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder/s and ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.

 The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
