Payment of the participation fee in advance through bank transfer is obligatory and guarantee for registration of the respective participant in the conference. The organizing committee do not take any engagements for registration of the respective participant without paid participation fee.

Scan copy of the invoice will be sent to you by mail. Original invoice will be handed to the respective participant during his/her registration before the beginning of the conference.

All money transfer expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the respective conference participant.

Payment of the participation fee on place will be allowed as an exception only for the participants which apply for participation in the conference after 01.06.2019. Credit card which are acceptable in the Riviera complex are: VISA Card, Euro Card, Master Card, Am. Express.

All prices are in Euro, per day and include accommodation, breakfast and insurance, use of open/indoor swimming pools, gym, parasol and deck-chair for the pool.

The price per square meter exhibition area is 2 Euro.

In case the participant wishes to have a space for company presentation, please refer to the Organizing Committee indicating the exact parameters of the request (necessary surface area, availability of table/s and chairs, equipment, etc.).

Important: The price of the engaged exhibition aria shall be paid from the respective participant in the conference through bank transfer to the Bulatom account – see item 3.

An additional cover for accompanying person for lunch or welcome cocktail may be requested in the present form or bought from the Secretariat on the spot. The cost of additional cover for accompanying parson for lunch is 15 EURO and for welcome cocktail is 40 EURO and it can be paid to the Organizing Committee via bank transfer in advance to the Bulatom bank account – see item 3, or on the spot.

8. Annulments for already paid participant fees

• Before 30th of April, 2019 – an amount equal to the participation fee minus 10% for administrative expenses will be reimbursed.

• Before 16th of May, 2019 – an amount equal to the participation fee after deducing the first night’s cost at the selected hotel and 50 % of the participation fee for administrative expenses will be reimbursed.

• After 16th of May, 2019 – no amounts will be reimbursed from the participation fee.

Annulment requests will be valid only if sent in written form to the Organizing Committee by e-mail or post (the sending date or the postal stamp date will be considered).
