|To register for Internet banking all you need is to have at least one Standard Bank account linked to a Standard Bank card and to follow these|
|instructions: |

|Enter your card number |
|Enter your ATM PIN. If you have used telephone or cellphone banking, enter your customer-selected PIN. |

|Create a customer-selected PIN |
|Enter a 5-number PIN |
|Reconfirm your 5-number PIN |

|Create a new password |
|Enter between 6 and 16 characters – this must be a combination of alphabetical letters and numbers |

|Accept the electronic banking agreement |

|To log on to Internet banking you need to: |

|The My accounts page will display |
|My accounts |
| |
|The My accounts screen displays all accounts linked to your card, this could include your current account, AccessBond, credit card, and |
|investment and loan accounts. The latest available balances on all these accounts will be displayed. This is also the area where you can |
|access your statements, pay beneficiaries, transfer funds between your accounts, increase or decrease your overdraft, communicate with your |
|branch, and even open and manage investment accounts. |
|Statements |

|This is the area where you can you view your current statements and a six-month transactional history of your accounts. You can also sort the|
|transactions displayed in your statement and download them in different formats. |

|Click on My accounts |

|You can view statements for all the accounts linked to your card. |

|Statements – sort |
| |
|You are able to sort your statements by date and transaction type. They can also be sorted into debit and credit types. |

|Payments – pay now |
| |
|Our payments feature allows you to make different kinds of payments. Before you can start paying your accounts you have to load your |
|beneficiaries’ account details to your profile. This can be done through the My beneficiaries section on the left of the screen. |
|To make payments you must ensure that you have an electronic account payment (EAP) limit loaded to your account. You can increase your EAP |
|limit by calling or visiting your nearest branch. |

|The Pay now feature gives you the option to immediately pay your accounts. You can pay up to 10 beneficiaries at once. |
| |
|Click on Payment |
|Click on Pay now in the sub-menu |
|Select the account from the drop-down menu |
|Enter the amount you need to pay next to the beneficiary’s name |
|You may pay up to 10 beneficiaries at once |
|Click on submit |
|Check the payment details on the confirmation screen |

|Check the status of your payment, if OK it has gone through. If your payment has Failed, mouse over the message to see the reason why. |
|Payments – pay later |

|Payments – repeat payment |

|This feature enables you to make different kinds of payments. Before you can start paying your accounts you have to load beneficiaries’ |
|details to your profile. This can be done through the My beneficiaries section on the left of the screen. |
|To make payments you must ensure that you have an electronic account payment (EAP) limit loaded to your account. You can increase your EAP |
|limit by calling or visiting your nearest branch. |

|You also have the option to set up payments to various beneficiaries on a monthly, daily or weekly basis up to 12 months in advance. You will|
|need to make sure that the specified amount is in your account the day before the payment is due. |
| |
|Click on Payment |
|Click on Repeat payment in the sub-menu |
|Select the account from the drop down menu |
|Enter the amount you need to pay next to the correct beneficiary |
|Click on submit |
|Select the frequency of your payment either monthly, weekly or daily |
|Enter the start date of your repeat payment |
|Enter the end date of this repeat payment by either entering the date or the number of recurrences |
|Click on next |
|Check the payment details on the confirmation screen |

|Check the status of your payment, if OK it has gone through. If you payment has Failed, mouse over the message to see the reason why. |
|Payments – manage payments |

|The manage payment feature enables you to view, amend and delete any future-dated or repeat payments. |
| |
|Click on Payment |

|A list of all your future dated payments will be shown |
|Select View, Amend or Delete next to the relevant beneficiary |
| |
|Payments – Tertiary payments |
| |
|This feature enables you to make payments to selected tertiary institutions. Just have your student number handy. |

|Select the institution you want to pay |
|Enter the amount you need to pay |

|Transfer |

|You are able to transfer money between your own accounts linked to your card. For example, you are able to transfer money from your current |

|Enter the amount you need to transfer |

|Overdraft |

|You are able to request to have your overdraft limit increased or decreased through Internet banking. |
|If accepted, the change is effective immediately. |

|Emailing of statements |

|is register for the service and download a decoder. |

|Open investment accounts |

|You are able to open electronic fixed, notice and call deposit accounts through Internet banking. You can view statements and transfer funds |
|in and out of certain accounts. You will also be able to give, view and cancel your notices as well as manage your investment accounts. Your |
|new account will display 24 hours after you have opened it. |

|My Beneficiaries |

|The My beneficiaries screen displays all beneficiaries linked to your card, this could include accounts to be paid like municipality, |
|retailers, friends and family. Once you have loaded these beneficiaries you can immediately pay them. Your may link up to 99 different |
|institutions and private beneficiaries to your card. |
|Add new company beneficiary |
| |
|You are able to add companies to your list of beneficiaries using this feature. We have a list of companies linked to our company deposit |
|identifier (CDI), including municipalities, retailers, small companies and government departments. |

|Click on My beneficiaries link on the left |
|Click the add new sub menu |
|Choose Company from the list |
|Type in the first few letters of the company you are searching for |
|Press search |
|A list of company names will appear, select the one you want to pay, if it is not on this list, you will need to it as a private beneficiary |
|Click use company |
|The company name field will appear |
|Enter your reference in the My reference section |
|Enter the company reference number, this is what the company will see on its statement |
|Click on submit |
|Check the details on the confirmation screen |
|Click on submit |
|This beneficiary will now be on your list |
|Add new private beneficiary |

|You are able to add private beneficiaries to your list, including people that bank with other banks. These could be friends and family as |
|well as small businesses not listed on our company directory index. |

|Enter the name of the person or small company you are paying |
|Enter a reference number that will be displayed on their statement |

|Troubleshooting - Reactivate |

|To reactivate your Internet banking logon you will need to go to a branch to have your ATM PIN reissued, this will clear your invalid entries.|
|Once that is completed go to the Internet banking logon page, click on reactivate, start by entering your card number and ATM PIN. You will |
|then need to re-create your customer-selected PIN and password. Once this is completed you may logon Internet banking using you new PINs and |
