On October 19, My Community Credit Union will, along with more than 56,000 credit unions around the world, celebrate International Credit Union Day, and the philosophy and achievements of the credit union movement.

This year's ICU Day theme is "Dreams Thrive Here," a celebration of how credit unions help people achieve their biggest goals in life.

The public is welcome to stop by any one of our branches to celebrate ICU Day with My Community a Credit Union worldwide movement that's made helping people its No. 1 priority for more than 160 years.

Update From Our CEO

To All Members,

You may have noticed that we are changing our signs at all of our locations. We have officially changed our name from My Community Federal Credit Union to My Community Credit Union. We will have new state of the art digital signs placed at all of our locations over the next several weeks. All the new signs will reflect our new name, My Community Credit Union.

You will remember that the membership voted to move from a Federal Charter to a State Charter in the fall of 2016. I wanted to remind our members that while we are now a State Chartered Credit Union, nothing has changed. We are still federally insured and we are still subject to federal oversight. The primary benefit of changing charters is the flexibility in expanding our operation in the future.

We hope you are all enjoying our newest locations... our HEB Branch located at Loop 250 and Hwy 191, and our beautiful new Odessa Branch located off of Tanglewood and 42nd Street.

My Community remains extremely strong financially and we are excited about the ability to continue to expand our products, services and locations. As always, we appreciate your loyalty to My Community and your continued support.
