replaced with a new microprocessor-based unit in order to provide the increased

flexibility needed for Air Force Satellite Communications (AFSATCOM) channel 1.5 testing.

This document describes the hardware and software used in the new test message generator and controller. Included are operating instructions,

hardware description, software description, flow charts, assembly language
