This is a clinical management position responsible for the direction of clinical activities at Dryden Regional Health Centre. The Director In-Patient & Emergency Services provides leadership to nursing services, and works with the health care team to coordinate with the providers to provide health care services. The Director In-Patient & Emergency Services assists in the administrative efficiencies and under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/VP of Patient Care Services and works closely with the Nurse Managers, exercises frequent independent judgment in monitoring the day-to-day and long term operation of the units with minimal assistance/supervision.
