• Revamped post cardiac arrest care by initiating protocol based therapeutic hypothermia for adult post cardiac arrest patients in intensive care unit.

• Provided consultation to the stakeholders of rapid response team to integrate Modified Early Warning System (MEWS).

• Initiated invasive intracranial pressure monitoring in the ICU to evaluate cerebral perfusion pressure, intracranial HTN and intracranial compliance.

• Rejuvenated the central venous pressure monitoring system in the ICU, CCU and RR by introducing cursor line method and dynamic testing.

• Developed structured hands-off sheet for the ICU team leaders to have efficient, focused and organized communication between shifts.
