Position Summary: As part of the Enrollment Systems group, the CRM Specialist is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of North Park University's recruitment communication systems and other CRM administrative functions as assigned including analyzing organization processes/reports, converting business workflows for launch, and ongoing use of the CRM Platform.

Essential Responsibilities: Primary ESO Lead for Recruitment Communication Flows o Work with Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, Seminary Admissions, and University Marketing and Communications to continuously improve recruitment communication strategies o Input, maintain, and create (as needed) recruitment communication content, including email, printed letter, and text campaigns o Working with the CRM Administrator and the CRM Analyst, develop and maintain database queries and reports to drive the communication flow o Coordinate the exchange of data with third party communications providers such as search firms Data Integrity and Quality Assurance o Routinely mine, review, and clean up the CRM through duplicate checks and manual review to ensure all data is logged, accurate, and up to date o Identify opportunities for pipeline development through database mining and other analytical activities o In conjunction with the ESO Systems team, develop, monitor, and manage reporting dashboards so that key performance indicators such as funnel health, conversion rates, pipeline growth and performance, lead acquisition and qualification, lead source attribution, and customer acquisition trends provide the leadership team with key insights to drive decision making Examine and monitor a North Park's recruitment practices with existing prospective students, helping ensure that recruitment and retention levels are as high as possible. Assist in documenting policies and procedures Attend on-campus and off-campus training sessions, meetings, and conferences as directed and necessary for job performance and professional development

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, technology, information management or equivalent experience required. Two years of experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM Ability to communicate effectively, via verbal and written methods, with both technical and non-technical personnel regarding technology issues Demonstrated aptitude for new technology and systems design

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work with minimal supervision Willingness to occasionally work off-hours to maintain availability of critical systems Personal commitment to North Park University's mission of Christian higher

education

Other Desired Qualifications: Sales/recruitment and/or marketing background Previous experience with TargetX Recruitment Suite
