Trainer Curriculum Fees and Certification Renewal Requirements

The Certified Trainer Program is an annual program that expires on March 31 each year. Certified trainers must renew their certification on an annual basis (April 1 - March 31). Renewal notices will be sent 60 days in advance of the expiration.

With the exception of the core or base trainer curriculum (which is included in the New Trainer Certification Class fee), your trainer curriculum fee for additional classes is based upon a rate of $100 per day of training.

|# of Teaching Days |Initial Trainer Fee for |Annual Renewal Fee (April 1 –|

| |Additional classes |March 31) |

|1 |$100 |$80 |

|2 |$200 |160 |

|3 |$300 |240 |

|4 |$400 |320 |

|5 |$500 |400 |

The price of your initial trainer fee for additional classes may be adjusted based upon your certification date. For example, for all additional trainer curricula purchased after October 1, the price will be the initial trainer curriculum fee, plus the remaining months through February 31. The trainer certification would be subject to renewal in March of the following year.

For all additional trainer curriculum purchased after April 1, the price of the renewal the following year will be prorated to account for the unused months within the first year of certification.

Business partners with more than two certified trainers for the same class may limit their purchase to two trainer kits.

At the time of renewal, Sage Software reserves the right to request that all certified trainers complete and pass the product assessment on which you are certified to teach and/or attend a Realtime Learning class.
