**Registration will open on December 12th at NOON MST in Advanced Event Systems (AES). Teams must have their membership complete to enter. It is important to do a data import prior to the opening of registration. Patriot teams will be accepted based on date and time stamp of entry.

IMPORTANT NOTES & INFORMATION

Teams who qualify at a National Qualifier will have 10 business days after the Qualifier to submit entry forms and payment to USA Volleyball.

USA Volleyball will only be collecting entries and payments from the teams that qualify or are accepted into the Patriot division for 18's GJNC and GJNC. Please do not send in entries for teams who have not qualified. We will continue to have a credit card payment option in AES and therefore have made these adjustments to the way entries are collected. When a team qualifies their status in AES is changed to "Ok to Pay". Teams will send their entries and payments directly to USAV and do not need to send their entries to the regions unless the regions requests otherwise. We will need the regions' help to remind your teams to register in AES if they are planning to play for a bid to Nationals and that once qualified, remind them to get their payments and entries in to USAV by the published deadlines. We are asking that you make sure that all of your teams are entered into AES prior to your Region Qualifier especially if your qualifier is in late April or early May. A teams' status will be changed to "Accepted" in AES only after we have received payment and their housing is complete with Team Travel Source. And, as with the Boys and Adults, we will send a list to the regions of all teams currently registered for the 18's GJNC and GJNC on a regular basis. This should help you keep track of your teams and if there is a team entered who is not in good standing please do not hesitate to contact USAV.
