The hotel package price outlined above does not include food items. The menu and food pricing is to be determined with the Hotel Preferred Caterer. The Host will need to contract and pay the caterer directly.

Dinner service must be completed within the contracted scheduled end time. A thirty minute grace period will be allowed, thereafter, $300.00 labor fee will be incurred for every hour, with a minimum of one hour.
