To foster social distancing, MIRA intends to schedule individual site tours January 25-28, 2021. Attendance at a site tour, by Proposer or their designated agent, is mandatory as a pre-requisite to MIRA’s acceptance of a Proposer’s proposal, excepting that MIRA reserves the right to waive the site tour requirement, at its sole discretion for any Proposer who has previously performed the Services specified in this RFP at the PBF.
