DAILY SCHEDULE CHECKLIST

SCHEDULE COMPONENT

CONSISTENT SCHEDULE FOR ALL 5 DAYS in chart format

TIMES PROVIDED FOR EACH ACTIVITY (May include more than one activity per time slot) MINUTES MAXIMUM PER ACTIVITY K-2: 20 min; 3-5: 30 min; MS: 40 min; HS: 45 minutes (Dependent upon student needs; Sit down activities followed by movement activity) NO FREE TIME / NO NAP TIMES (Individual & Group Leisure activities are encouraged)

ENGLISH/LANGUAGE ARTS: scheduled 5 days

ADAPTIVE LIVING SKILLS daily (e.g.: Hygiene; Food prep/Cooking; Community Skills; Home Living)

RESTROOM times should be based upon student need (included on individual student schedules as needed)

IEP OBJECTIVES worked on all day long (embedded into other classroom activities)

ART, P.E., MUSIC, COMPUTER, EXERCISE included (Movies limited to clips ? NO whole movie viewing.)
