Getting Started:

Before signing up for your first workshop, go to , click on the Career Services link, then Register for Services with Connecting Colorado. Or, visit and set up an account.

How do I Sign Up?

1. Online-- Login to your account. Towards the right-hand side of the screen, click on "Workshops" under "My Tool Box". Then click on "Upcoming Workshops" located in the blue bar towards the left-hand side of the screen. Select the workshops you would like to attend and then scroll to the bottom and hit "Go".

2. Email-- Email us at ceinfo@ .

3. In person-- Speak with one of our Employment Advisors at either the Boulder or Longmont Workforce Centers. Employment Advisors are available on a walk-in basis from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and 2:00pm to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Appointments are available from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Other Details:

Waitlist-- There is no waitlist for workshops that are full. If you are willing to come to a full workshop on the chance space becomes available due to no-shows, you are welcome to do so.

Timeliness-- Workshops begin promptly. Please arrive before the starting time of the workshop.

Latecomers risk losing their place in the workshop if they arrive 15 minutes after the workshop begins.

ReZoom Your Resume? Learn the current trends in resume writing and how to target your resume to the position to get your resume noticed. Note: Please be clear about the job or jobs you want before taking this workshop.

"Walk In" Resume Critiques? Bring in your resume for a quick review by one of our resume experts. Designed for clients who need a minimal critique and are comfortable reworking their resume on their own. Note: No sign up required; first come, first served.

LinkedIn 101--Maximizing Your LinkedIn Profile-- Covers how to make your profile stand out, set privacy settings, and make connections with others on LinkedIn. NOTE: Go to and set up an account. Bring your e-mail address and password to class.

Interview Basics (2 consecutive day workshop) ? Preparing for your first interview or need to review the basics? Learn to research a company, practice interview questions, and build your confidence!

What's Your Interview I.Q.? (4 Day Workshop) - Learn how to interview successfully using a simple formula to showcase your skills and how to prepare good answers to the tough interview questions. Note: Attend all 4 days and in addition, plan for homework on Monday & Tuesday after class.
