Our comprehensive package of services includes the following:

o Pick up of shipment from exhibitors’ door or coordination of the pick up to one of our U.S. Consolidation points.

o International freight forwarding via the most economical mode of transport.

o Customs clearance formalities.

o On-site handling and delivery of goods to exhibitors show room, including uniformed site personnel, removal and storage of empty containers.

o Re-exportation arrangements coordinated at your show booth by Masterpiece International LTD.

These shipping instructions are in accordance with the Organizers manual.

ATA CARNET

Companies shipping goods for Temporary Import may use an ATA Carnet instead of supplying a commercial invoice.

Masterpiece International can assist you with obtaining an ATA carnet. Please provide us with a detailed packing list of your shipment. Your packing list must include an itemized list of what is in each case as well as a total value. Please include serial numbers of your items.

CASE MARKING

Labels have been provided in this shipping kit. The labels provided can be copied and used for multiple cases. If you are shipping a pallet containing several cases, please label each one of the cases individually prior to shrink wrapping. All cases should be marked with the following information:

PACKING

Please ensure that your goods are packed in a strong, waterproof packing case which leads itself to being re-exported after the exhibition. We recommend that you use reusable cases and that you advise us of any combinations or locks on your cases prior to shipment.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

It is the sole responsibility of the shipper (exhibitor) to declare their hazardous materials and complete a Dangerous Goods Declaration, label and pack their goods in accordance with TSA / FAA Regulations and provide Material Safety Data Sheets for all shipments being exported via Airfreight.

It is the sole responsibility of the shipper (exhibitor) to declare their hazardous materials and complete an IMO Dangerous Goods Declaration, label and pack their goods in accordance with ICAO Regulations and provide Material Safety Data Sheets for all shipments being exported via Sea freight.

Masterpiece International LTD. reserves the right to refuse shipment(s) of hazardous materials that are not in accordance with regulations.

Please submit a copy of your paperwork to Masterpiece International for approval prior to your shipment arriving at our consolidation warehouse.

TSA KNOWN SHIPPER VERIFICATION

As per TSA regulations, all “unknown shippers” in the TSA shipper data base may only offer their cargo on an all-freighter cargo aircraft and cannot be offered onto any domestic or international passenger aircrafts. If your exhibiting company is an “unknown shipper”, Masterpiece International can do a known shipper verification with a site visit to your facilities and comply with the TSA guidelines for obtaining known shipper status for your company.

TSA CARGO SCREENING

Please be advised that the U.S. Transportation Security Agency’s (TSA) 50% cargo screening rule for passenger aircraft goes into effect Feb 3, 2009. At the current time most U.S. airlines to do not have a clear idea of how this will affect handling and forwarding.  Thus, we do not know what, if any, extra procedures and steps for pre-screening of cargo will be needed to meet these new regulations and what the costs will be.   We have, therefore, not included any charges for additional security measures that might be implemented.  Should there be extra charges we will advise as soon as we are aware of same.

Please note that there are new TSA regulations for unscreened cargo being tendered at the airlines. For all UNSCREENED CARGO, each carton must be labeled and sent on a pallet unwrapped. This must be done for TSA screening purposes and regulations. For any questions please contact Masterpiece International.

INSURANCE

It is the exhibitors’ sole responsibility to cover all risk insurance for the round-trip transit period. Masterpiece International LTD. recommends insuring of your goods and can provide Cargo Insurance upon request. Insurance for Marketing Losses due to non-arrival of Freight can also be obtained upon request.

POST SHOW PROCEDURES

Prior to the close of the show Masterpiece International will meet directly with you at your designated booth space to coordinate any return shipments or on-forwarding of your goods. Shipping forms must be completed with the Masterpiece International on-site representative prior to the close of the show.

Empty cases will be returned to stands on the closing day only at the close of the show. Masterpiece International will not be able to return any empty cases to your stand prior to this time.

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment for inbound invoices is required upon receipt and prior to delivery of your shipment to your booth. Payment can be made via company check or wire transfer. Our banking information is as follows:
