In order to select an appropriate course, students (and parents) should take into consideration a student’s interests, aptitude, and outside school involvement. We will do our best to honor each student’s requests while at the same time balancing class sizes. COURSE OFFERINGSByron Middle School proposed courses for the 2021-2022 school year are listed in this Registration Guide. The actual offering of courses will be based on registration requests and staffing availability during a given school year. There will be times when scheduling conflicts or a student’s need for a required intervention will affect their course placement. As a result, students will not always be able to take one of their “first” class choices. If that occurs, an assignment will be made based on the student’s ranking of courses as selected on their registration form. HomeSCHEDULEByron Middle School is on a 4 period block schedule.
