Retain "Preinstallation Conference" Paragraph below if Work of this Section is extensive or complex enough to justify a conference.

If needed, insert list of conference participants not mentioned in Section 013100 "Project Management and Coordination."

A. Product Data: For each type of product.

1. Include construction details, material descriptions, dimensions of individual components and profiles, and finishes.

B. Sustainable Design Submittals:

"Product Data" Subparagraph below applies to LEED 2009 NC, CI, and CS; LEED v4; IgCC; ASHRAE 189.1; and Green Globes. Coordinate with requirements for sealants.

"Laboratory Test Reports" Subparagraph below applies to LEED 2009 for Schools, LEED v4, IgCC, ASHRAE 189.1, and Green Globes. Coordinate with requirements for sealants.

"Product Certificates" Subparagraph below applies to LEED 2009, Materials and Resources Credit 5, "Regional Materials."

Retain first three subparagraphs below to be eligible for LEED v4 credit. See the Evaluations.

"Health Product Declaration" Subparagraph below applies to LEED v4 (all) MR Credit, "Building Product Disclosure and Optimization - Material Ingredients, Option 1 - Material Ingredient Reporting." Confirm with manufacturer that HPDs are available and meet requirements of the HPD Open Standard or approved USGBC program.

Retain "Environmental Product Declaration" Subparagraph below if products specified in the Section are required to have an EPD to meet the IgCC's requirement of 55 percent recycled materials.

Subparagraphs below apply to Green Globes if products specified in the Section are used to meet the requirements of 3.5.2 "Interior Fit-out (including Finishes and Furnishings) - Path B," which requires that a certain percentage of the materials used in the interior fit-out have EPDs, third-party certifications, and/or third-party life-cycle assessments.

C. Shop Drawings: For aluminum-framed entrances. Include plans, elevations, sections, full-size details, and attachments to other work.

2. Include point-to-point wiring diagrams showing the following:

a. Power requirements for each electrically operated door hardware.

b. Location and types of switches, signal device, conduit sizes, and number and size of wires.

Retain "Samples for Initial Selection" and "Samples for Verification" paragraphs below for two-stage Samples.

E. Samples for Verification: For each type of exposed finish required, in manufacturer's standard sizes.

F. Entrance Door Hardware Schedule: Prepared by or under supervision of supplier, detailing fabrication and assembly of entrance door hardware, as well as procedures and diagrams. Coordinate final entrance door hardware schedule with doors, frames, and related work to ensure proper size, thickness, hand, function, and finish of entrance door hardware.

5. INFORMATIONAL SUBMITTALS

Coordinate "Qualification Data" Paragraph below with qualification requirements in Section 014000 "Quality Requirements" and as may be supplemented in "Quality Assurance" Article.

6. CLOSEOUT SUBMITTALS

A. Maintenance Data: For aluminum-framed entrances to include in maintenance manuals.

7. QUALITY ASSURANCE

A. Installer Qualifications: An entity that employs installers and supervisors who are trained and approved by manufacturer.

8. WARRANTY

When warranties are required, verify with Owner's counsel that warranties stated in this article are not less than remedies available to Owner under prevailing local laws.

1. Warranty Period: Two years from date of Substantial Completion.
