The Editor’s Rifle

John Anderson, the long-time editor of Varmint Hunter magazine, purchased a new Ruger 77/17 rifle chambered in the new and very popular 17HMR cartridge. He is planning to use it as a light weight little walking varminter (primarily for ground squirrels and young prairie dogs early in the season) as well as a fun little plinking rifle. ................
