The following actions were taken:

Executive Summary: Ratified the Sale of a rental property owned by St. Philip's, Ardmore. Ratified the Resolution and Model Bylaws that allow for Virtual Annual Meetings. Ratified The Grace, Muskogee Parking Lot Lease Ratified Grace, Yukon, 4% fluctuation on loan and loan guarantor. Ratified St. Crispin's, ODOT Land Sale. Ratified St. John's, OKC lease approval.

Upon motion duly made and seconded, the following were approved by the Council.

The Rev. Dr. John Toles was elected as Vice Chair to the Council; and Miss Lesli Graft as Secretary to the Council for 2021.

Approved 2nd road of SBA loan for $315,000. Approved the St. Mary's, School Bylaws. Approved the proposed St. Andrew's, Stillwater bylaws. Approved the proposed Emmanuel, Shawnee bylaws. Approved the $2.25 million loan for Grace, Yukon's new building. Approved a $50 rate increase for camp for the summer of 2022. Approved an expenditure of more than $10,000 for St. John's, Durant. Approved the proposed St. Mark's, Hugo bylaws. Approved the proposed St. Luke's, Idabel bylaws. Approved the proposed All Saints', Duncan bylaws. Approved updates to the Diocesan Sabbatical Policy. Approved Oak Hall 2021 Board of Trustees Nominations. Approved a $1,000,000 gift to Holland Hall for their chapel remodel. Approved the Sigmon Fleur Trust distribution to St. Simeon's. Approved a petition from Espiritu Santo to become a Mission.
