The following represents very important Payroll facts. Please retain this memorandum for future reference to answer questions which may arise from now through the beginning of the 2012-2013 school year:

Access to Payroll Statements/Check Stubs and Leave Balances, as follows:

The Employee Portal contains payroll information, such as, your payroll statements and leave balances.

a) Go to:

b) Click on “Employees”

c) Scroll down and click white bar – “Login to Employee Portal”; enter logon information.

d) On the top left, click on “Employee Info”, to view and/or print your payroll statements, leave balances, salary calculation, etc.

e) To view payroll statement detail for payments made in Legacy (pay date of 11/04/11 or prior), click on a payroll date or check/advice number under Payroll Statements (OLD).

f) To view payroll statement detail for payments made in SAP (pay date of 11/18/11 to present), click on the large red bar: “View SAP Pay Statements”, under Payroll Statements (NEW).

g) To view a detailed leave history in SAP (10/28/11 to present), click on the large red bar: “View SAP Leave Balances”, under Leave Balances.

End of School Year Payments :

05/11/12 – 05/24/12 06/01/12 10 days (regular deductions and defer pay deduction)

05/25/12 – 06/07/12 06/15/12 Teachers – 10 days (last check with regular deductions;

NO defer pay deducted)

10-month Clerical & AP’s – 10 days (last check

with regular deductions; NO defer pay deducted)

1st Defer Payment

06/08/12 – 06/21/12 06/29/12 Teachers – 1 day

10-month Clerical & AP’s– 6 days

2nd Defer Payment

Six (6) Defer Payment dates are:

June 15, 2012 July 27, 2012

June 29, 2012 August 10, 2012

July 13, 2012 August 24, 2012

Summer School Payment dates are:

To be announced upon approval by the Board.

Sick Leave Cash-In:

With the implementation of SAP, the enrollment/cancellation procedure has changed entirely. If you wish to “cash-in” your sick leave, you may log on to the Employee Portal, which can be accessed through the District’s main home page at . Once you are in the Employee Portal, click on the “SAPERP” tab; click on the “Employee Self Service” tab; click on “Payroll”; click on “Sick Leave Cash In”. Please see the complete detailed instructions sent to All Employees via Outlook on April 27, 2012, from School Operations.
