Do 30 Faces per WEEK – 30 in the month won’t cut it!

1. Kick it into HIGH GEAR

• Energy!

• Exercise

• Image

• How you Walk

• How you Talk

• Make short-term sacrifices to do 28 parties in 1 month

1. Get into your RED JACKET + 2! (Team Leader)

• Settling for just red won’t do!

• Have a kickoff party for your team.

o Builds Team Spirit (Esprit de corps)

• Share promotions (Use Director promotions or make your own)

• When in DIQ ONLY: Each One Reach One Promotion

o For anyone on your team who adds one or more active team members, give a great prize (big product bundle or jewelry)

o Gold Medal (add 5 or more team members in one month) yourself

• Product focus – lead your team into sales, team members should not outsell you

• Select 3 super star team members and build them into their Red Jackets

• Create a unit name, theme and identity for your team

2. Put up your GOAL POSTER

• Make a BIG goal poster that you can see DAILY

• Embrace and practice positive affirmations

3. Listen to something POSITIVE EVERY DAY

• Leaders pour into their team, so fill your tank with positivity. Otherwise, you will be empty.

• Be a woman magnet.

• Listen to the Million Dollar Message

• Listen to your Unit Director’s Hotline

• Listen to Mary Kay CD’s

4. Register for SEMINAR

• Invest in your future

• Top business leaders attend business conferences

• Find a way / Make a way

5. Check your TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS

• Top 3 items to master: Time, Emotions, Skills

• Delegate – Don’t do a penny job when your time is worth $$

• Create your 6 MIL (Most Important List)

o Do it in handwriting for the next day

• Take team members to selling appointments

o Let them learn while you earn.

6. Stay AWAY from NEGATIVE people

• They tear you down and drain you.

• Dogs bark at things they don’t understand. So do people.

• Shut it out! Ignore it!

• Take care in where you choose to share.

• Only take advice from people you would want to trade places with – POWER UP

7. Do a MINIMUM of 3+3+3 every week

• Hold Super Saturday Events at your location

o Hold 5 set time slots for facials/makeovers

▪ 9am Early Bird Special – 30% discount, coffee and donuts

▪ 11am Morning Glories OR Muffins & Makeovers – small breakfast

▪ 1pm Lunch Bunch – Small sandwiches

▪ 3pm Afternoon Delight – Small sandwiches and tea

▪ 5pm – Good Night Ladies – Getting ready for bed look, send them home with color card, chocolate M&Ms with pretzels (sweet n salty)

o Invite 2-3 hostesses with 2-3 guests for each time slot

▪ When booking individual parties, double book yourself. If both hold, Dovetail (Call a team member or sister consultant to cover one)

o I am so excited, because I am breaking a record and doing something in 1 month that takes most people 3 – 4 months to achieve. I am going to give at least 50 women free makeovers within the next 2 weeks in order to do it. Could you help me meet my goal this week?
