An Officer's step pay adjustment shall become effective on the first day of the first full uniformed pay

period following the Officer's step eligibility date.

- The Executive Uniformed Pay Schedules may be reviewed annually following the salary survey of

comparator cities conducted each year. The comparator cities are: Allen, Arlington, Austin, Carrollton,

Denton, Fort Worth, Frisco, Garland, Grand Prairie, Houston, Irving, Lewisville, McKinney, Mesquite,

Plano, Richardson, and San Antonio.

- Annual changes in the pay schedules may be adjusted to maintain a market-based pay structure.

- In Fiscal Year 2019-20, members of the command staff will move to the step that is equal to their

lenure in rank at the time of their step eligibility date.
