CONTRACT ROLE DESCRIPTION

TITLE: MARKETING MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW:

PowerPlay Destination Properties is a real estate sales & marketing company specializing in residential & resort real estate project marketing throughout the United States and Mexico. PowerPlay is in need of a Dallas Fort Worth-based Marketing Manager to assist with the execution of a variety of project marketing initiatives across multiple projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Supporting sales and lead generation efforts

• Create campaigns and advertisements

• Assist in the development in project budgets. Manage expenditures

• Build brand awareness and positioning for projects

• Evaluate and maintain a marketing strategy

• Manage, plan and coordinate on-site marketing efforts

• Evaluate competitive projects

• Handle social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing

• Coordinate vendors and suppliers (creative agencies, media planners, PR firms, and others as required by the project)

• Event plan and logistics for on-site events as required

• Provide copy for marketing materials, collateral, and brand communications as needed

• CRM system and database management support as required

• Some travel to project sites

• Perform other duties or projects as assigned

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

• Bachelors Degree, preferably in marketing, communications or business administration

• 3-5 years working in a marketing capacity

• Experience with traditional and digital marketing, including social media, PPC and content marketing

• Real estate marketing an asset

• Advanced communication skills

• Ability to quickly adapt to change

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Entrepreneurial – can work independently, but loves to work with a team

• Comfortable with multi-tasking / frequent interruptions

• Proficient writing skills

• Experience with MS Office Suite

• Real estate industry experience an asset

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or other graphic design applications an asset

• Familiarity with CRM systems an asset
