CLEP ChecklistTo be eligible for CLEP testing, you must complete the following steps:Register on the College Board site at clep.. Pay the Purdue credit by exam fee at eventreg.purdue.edu/online/ptcclep. This fee is non-refundable.Call the PTC at (765) 494-7690 to schedule your appointment.On test day, you must bring the following items for admission:Printed registration ticket from the College BoardA current, government-issued photo ID as listed below:Your driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued identification that includes your photograph and signature. Military (DANTES) test-takers, bring your military ID and Social Security card.Home-school students, if you do not have the required government-issued ID, please complete a Student ID Form, which is available from the College Board website and will be valid for one year. The form must be accompanied by a recognizable photo, with a school or notary seal overlapping the photo. The form must be signed once in front of a school official or notary and again in front of a test center administrator when you arrive for your test.If you fail to present appropriate ID, you will not be tested.Wooden #2 pencil(s) (no mechanical pencils and eraser(s) (no mechanical erasers or erasers with sleeves)Please be aware:Outerwear is not allowed in the testing room. This includes coats, jackets, vests, scarves, hoodies, and other sweatshirts/sweaters with hoods, pockets, and/or pouches.
