The team

You will be based in a small, close-knit team who support each other well. They are hard-working yet fun and are based in an office of around 30 people altogether.

The work is split between the team, with certain projects and business areas delegated to each Analyst.

Main responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to support the Client Services Team with the creation and distribution of all relevant workforce reporting both internally and externally. The role will involve occasional visits to client sites to discuss reporting requirements and implement new reports.

Tasks include:

• Producing Liaison Workforce reports for distribution to clients

• Providing summary level analysis of spend patterns to Liaison Workforce team

• Compiling data intelligence for Liaison Workforce and Commercial Teams on prospects / existing clients

• Reviewing weekly spend patterns on Liaison Workforce clients to highlight areas of interest to SAMs/CSCs

• Supporting client facing teams with training, report queries and ad-hoc report requests

• Attending client site visits to capture reporting requirements and set up new reports

• Working with the Liaison Workforce and reporting teams to continually develop the reporting suite

Travelling will be infrequent, however you must be flexible to go to the client site if required.

Experience and qualifications required

We will consider entry level candidates with a business related qualification and good IT skills if you are able to demonstrate the aptitude to create accurate reports quickly and efficiently, whilst prioritising your own work successfully.

Experience

Desirable:

• Some knowledge and understanding of the NHS market - place ideally linked to the staffing side

Skills & Competencies:

Essential:

• Intermediate Excel and Word skills with the ability to create pivot tables, lookups and basic formula.

• Ability to work on your own and to set deadlines

• Able to use your own initiative

• Accurate and high attention to detail

• Ability to prioritise your own workload effectively

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Tableau would be useful

Qualifications & Training:

Essential:

• Minimum of 5 GCSES (or equivalent) including Maths and English at level C and above

Desirable:

• Degree level education (or equivalent)

Environmental considerations:

• Car desirable, may be required to visit internal or external stakeholders at client site
