LazaroDate: October 2019JOB SUMMARYThe Supervisor, Analytics Services is responsible for carrying out core supervisory responsibilities in support of the goals of Enterprise Analytics (EA) and UW Health. The Supervisor, Analytics Services develops trusted advisor relationships with a wide variety of colleagues and stakeholders, serving in a leadership, facilitative, and consultative role to define, scope, develop, implement, and support analytics solutions and deliverables to support organizational objectives. The Supervisor, Analytics Services provides oversight and guidance in planning, organizing and executing the work of their staff (including direct and indirect reports). The Supervisor is responsible for the appropriate allocation of resources (staffing, technological, etc.) to ensure successful and timely completion of projects and deliverables and the achievement of key performance metrics and goals for their area of responsibility. The Supervisor, Analytics Services fosters an environment of accountability, innovation, learning and engagement for their staff. He/she is expected to serve as a mentor and coach to staff, other colleagues in EA, and across the organization. This position creates, supports and executes learning and development plans for staff to enable them to deliver increasing levels of value to UW Health within their roles.The Supervisor, Analytics Services originates and leads improvement activities to continually enhance the performance of the department and UW Health. This role works closely with employees and leaders across UW Health and the UW School of Medicine and Public Health.
