Brooklyn Networks is currently recruiting for our next Free Cable Installer training program  

Only 4 Orientations left

Tuesday, November 18th, 25th & December 2nd, 9th

Orientations start at 10AM Sharp 

We are located at 621 Degraw Street , in Park Slope Brooklyn

▪ Brooklyn Networks is an intensive hands-on training program that will help participants start a career in the field of network cable installation.

▪ Cable technicians install the lines that run behind walls and ceilings that are hooked up to computers, telephones, security systems, A/V Equipment and broadcast cable.

▪ Graduates receive an internationally recognized Level 1 Installer certification from an organization called BICSI.

▪ Job placement assistance is a part of the program.

 To be eligible applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Live in of NYC five boroughs and have a low income.

2. 21 Years or older.

3. Legally eligible to work in the US .

4. Able to attend class Monday-Friday 7:45 AM to 4 PM for 5 weeks

5. Have a valid NY State Drivers License at the time of application.

6. Able to pass a drug test

7. Physically fit/able to lift 70Ibs.

8. Able to pass a reading and math test at/or above the 8th grade level.

Orientation are held every Tuesday morning at 10 AM SHARP. Applicants should be prepared to complete a program application and will be given a reading and math test. Orientation usually last two and a half hours.

Directions: Take the R train to Union Street, walk two blocks on 4th Avenue towards the clock tower and make a left on Degraw Street or take the 2,3,4,5,B,D,N or Q to Atlantic or Pacific, walk down 4th Avenue away from the clock tower, turn right on Degraw Street.
