Acquisition Business Management Course (Module 4)

This course is provided by the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC). The course provides a two-day comprehensive overview of the rules governing the acquisition of major defense systems from the Program Manager's perspective. It incorporates the concepts and rules outlined in the Defense Acquisition Guidebook, as well as DoDI 5000.02. The course is designed for DoD financial management personnel as well as those working the Acquisition field. The course may be used as a preparatory tool for the optional CDFM with Acquisition Specialty (CDFM-A) and is taught by highly-trained professionals working or teaching in the Acquisition field.
