By installing and using “FORCE MOTORS LIMITED DEALER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” or “FML DMS” or “DMS”, I/we, authorized distributors, hereby agree –
1. we will share required information like
a. Potential customer and existing customer information. It includes vehicle model(s), their chassis number(s), registration number(s), customer preference(s), geographical location/address, occupation information.
b. Digital photographs of vehicles, their parts and occasionally of owners, technicians as case may be.
c. Ip Address of the machine using DMS
2. Installing FML DMS software is not against any rules and regulations of my country’s laws. If it does, it is our responsibility of registering transactions over DMS, FML will not be held responsible for keeping the information onto their servers.
3. DMS functionality and way of accepting information may be changed without intimation.
4. All transactions will be Indian Rupees i.e. INR currency.
5. Legal jurisdiction for disputes will be Pune, Maharashtra, India.
