Air Returns

• Remove filter

• Vacuum out the return box

• Clean the return box

• Replace with a new filter

Light Fixtures – Ceiling Fan

• Remove all glass globes or glass shades

• Wash globes/glass shades

• Clean fixture – ceiling fan

• Clean light bulbs

• Place globes/shades back on fixture

Windows and Blinds

• Wash windows

• Clean blinds

• Vacuum curtains or laundry curtains

• Hang curtains if washed

Crown Molding, Trim, Baseboards and Doors

• Clean all crown molding

• Wash doors and frames

• Clean hardware on doors

Light switches and Plug outlets

• Take a toothbrush to clean crevices on switches

• Wiping the plug outlets removing dust and dirt

Exhaust vent fans

• Remove cover and wash

• Clean the inside of vent with brush and wipe clean

• Place cover back on vent

Fourth Stage:

Windows on the outside

• Tire shine shutters

Porches

• Remove everything from the porch and patio

• Pressure wash floor

• Wash all furniture

• Wash BBQ grill

• Clean light fixtures

• Put everything back on the porch and patio

Garage
