PERMISSIBLE FIREWORKS COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS

Please Note: This list denotes specific community restrictions enacted, per NH RSA 160C:6 Local Option, to further restrict the use of Permissible Fireworks beyond the requirements of NH RSA 160-C. Consult local town ordinances for further information.

DEFINITIONS

"Permissible ? Restrictions": The local community allows the use of consumer fireworks, but certain restrictions beyond State law apply ? contact local fire department for further information.

"Permissible ? No Restrictions": The local community has no adopted ordinance for the possession and/or display of Permissible Fireworks. State law still applies.

"Permissible ? Permit Required": The consumer must obtain a local permit in addition to State law requirements ? contact local fire department.

"Prohibited": The possession and/or display of Permissible Fireworks is prohibited.

"Prohibited ? Display Only": Only the public display of Permissible Fireworks is allowed through the local permitting process.

"Contact your Local Fire Dept.": The local community did not respond to this survey, the local restrictions are unknown. State Law applies.
