INTRODUCTION:

SOZO Body Fluid Analyzer System comes with a tablet preprogramed with the SOZO application. The supplied tablet is a Samsung Galaxy Tab A (model SM-T580) which has a color touch screen size of 10.1" with a minimum screen resolution of 1920 x 1200. The SOZO application is designed to work with in the tablet defined screen resolution of 1920 x 1200.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

ImpediMed has become aware of an issue when users manually adjust the default screen resolution within the tablet's system settings ("Screen zoom and font"), by changing the screen zoom size, (currently one level above `small') , the application will not function.

INSTRUCTIONS: Do not adjust the screen resolution from the preset at the 1920 x 1200 setting and do not use zoom feature.
