ATS - Electronic Signature Setup & Use

As part of the ATS system you are able to define & make use of an electronic signatures for the athlete forms. The setup for the athlete forms is discussed in another document. The purpose of this document is to show the setup for the signature process and the results you can expect.

Keffer Development Services provides the ability for your organization to capture electronic signatures. However, we do not warrant that these are legally binding. Through the site configuration you are able to enter the legal language provided by your legal counsel for this purpose.

Under the \Admin\Site Info screen; on the "Report Footer" tab under the

"Electronic Signature Legal" tab... you are able to enter the legal statement

provided by your legal counsel.

On the available forms list entering "Yes" in the

"Ath Sign? (Yes/No/Opt)" column indicates that the electronic signature for the athlete is to be used for this form.

Similarly, entering "Yes" in the "Parent Sign? (Yes/No/Opt)"

column indicates that the electronic signature for the parent/ guardian is to be used for this

form.

legal guardian or parent... ...and the resulting notification and

signature. Below are the results of the athlete form showing the signature that is captured through the electronic signature process.
