Service – All orders issued for service must be obtained via the SIA ANTS Application. EDI is a secondary source for receiving service orders. In order to get paid for service shipments, an ASN must be created in the ANTS Application. Commit dates must also be entered into ANTS for service orders so SOA can monitor the order status. ................
