Welcome—Chair—Barbara McCleary welcomed the members.
Meeting Minutes—the April 3, 2009 meeting minutes were approved as written.
Financial and Membership Report— Beginning Checking Account Balance $4,233.79
• Credits $0
• Expenditures Total $46.93
Ending Checking Account Balance $4,186.86
Our annual GAP report has been submitted.
New Business—The DQP will be holding a workshop, 1 &1/2 days on 8/7 and 10/2 2009.
The First State Quality Improvement Fund (FSQIF) is ending.
Our website is up to date.
Old business—None
The next regular meeting will be held December 4, 2009at the Barratt Building in Dover (teleconferencing will be available). The topic TBA.
The guest speaker was Bob Mathers. Mr. Mathers spoke about “Division of Corporations- a DQA Journey to Excellence”.
