CALL TO ORDER

Mr. Connor called the meeting to order at 1:00 a.m.

REVIEW OF MINUTES

A motion was made by Mr. Brannon, seconded by Mr. Givens to approve the minutes of the meeting held March 8, 2007 as written. The motion passed unanimously.

The application of Michael Cervelli for a nonresident broker's license was reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Kreger, seconded by Mr. Givens to approve this application. The motion passed unanimously.

The application of Sandy Mariani for a nonresident broker's license was reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Brannon, seconded by Mr. Givens, to approve this application. The motion passed unanimously.

The application of David Oliva for a nonresident broker's license was reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Giles, seconded by Mr. Brannon, to approve this application. The motion passed unanimously.

The application of William B. Thompson for a nonresident broker's license was reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Giles, seconded by Mr. Kreger, to approve this application. The motion passed unanimously

The application of Linda R. Wolbers for a nonresident broker's license was reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Giles, seconded by Mr. Kreger, to approve this application. The motion passed unanimously

The application of Bonnie Camarapa for a nonresident broker's license was reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Giles, seconded by Mr. Brannon, to approve this application. The motion passed unanimously

The application of Edward Olga for a resident salesperson's license was reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Giles seconded by Mr. Kreger, to propose to deny this application due to the expiration date of his prelicensing course certificate. The motion passed unanimously

The application of Aaron Dessen for a resident salesperson's license was reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Giles, seconded by Mr. Brannon, to approve this application. The motion passed unanimously.

The application of Thomas V. Riccio for a resident broker's license was reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Giles, seconded by Mr. Kreger, to approve this application. The motion passed unanimously.

New Office Applications

A motion was made by Mr. Brannon, seconded by Mr. Kreger, to approve the new office site application for Millman Realty. The motion passed unanimously.

Reinstatements

The application of Anne L. Draper for reinstatement of a resident salesperson's license was reviewed. A motion was made by Mr. Brannon seconded by Mr. Kreger, to approve this application contingent upon payment of the appropriate fees and passage of the state law and national portions of the licensure examination. The motion passed unanimously.

MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS ITEMS

House Bill 122

The Commission discussed additional changes that needed to be made to the rules and regulations to implement HB122. Ms. Adams stated the final draft of proposed changes to the Rules and Regulations was published in the April Register of Regulations and the public hearing will be next month.

Radon Brochure

The Commission reviewed and approved the additional changes to the Radon Brochure with the addition of a space for acknowledgement signature.

Education Waiver Request

The Commission reviewed a letter from Dan C. Pellitier requesting an education waiver to sit for the licensure examination. The Commission office will send a letter reiterating the requirements for licensure and stating that a waiver will not be issued.

Continuing Education Extension Requests

The Commission reviewed requests from Joanna Laslo and Mark C. Larsen for extension of the date due for continuing education. The Commission office will send letters outlining the late renewal policy to each licensee.

Education Committee Report

A motion was made by Mr. Giles, seconded by Mr. Brannon, to approve and deny course provider, instructor applicants and student requests as noted. The motion passed unanimously.

Request of an Extension of Time to Test

The Commission reviewed a letter from Rev. Janet Perez requesting additional time to sit for the licensure examination. The Commission will send a letter to Rev. Perez outlining her options.

OTHER BUSINESS BEFORE THE COMMISSION (for discussion only)

There was no other business before the commission.

PUBLIC COMMENT

Mr. Andy Taylor and Mr. Ed Tarlov gave opinions on the New Agency law and its implementation. Mr. Tarlov will forward a detailed letter to the Commission.

NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING

The next meeting will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2007 at 9:00 a.m.

ADJOURNMENT

A motion was made by Mr. Kreger, seconded by Mr. Brannon, to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 2:50 p.m.
